The most usual questions
The best kickoff for an idea is a phone call or an email. Contact us to discuss your vision or your brief for a unique Nordic MICE event.
How early should we book a Lapland event?
While the peak season requires usually twelve to eighteen months, we can always explore all options on much shorter notice.
Do you organize MICE events in the off season?
Winter is peak season, but we do not have an off season anymore: we offer unique Lapland events during the whole year. Arctic MICE is currently available in spring, summer and autumn with a broad range of local activities and unique experiences tailored to the season and your preferences.
How do you handle last-minute weather changes?
Every outdoor moment has an equally compelling indoor or sheltered Plan B. We monitor Arctic storm fronts continuously and rebuild the day's running order without breaking the guest experience.
What is your maximum group size?
We work most often with 10–200 guests for high-touch events. For larger brand activations we can scale further by securing whole-village capacities and bespoke temporary structures — talk to us.
